# Does Worldpackers provide insurance for the volunteers?
We do not provide any insurance other than Worldpackers Safeguard (emergency accommodation). Anyone traveling outside their home country must have valid medical insurance for the length of their trip. It is the traveler’s responsibility to purchase insurance.
Worldpackers offers support when there is an unsolvable problem between host and volunteer, relocating the volunteer to another host or paying up to 3 nights of accommodation in the area.
