About 15 days before departure, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group with your Travel Buddy and fellow travelers, so you can start connecting before you land.

Your pick-up schedule, hotel check-in info, and estimated time of arrival are confirmed and shared during the pre-departure phase — your Trip Coordinator locks in these details with your Travel Buddy and Host before you head off. Questions about your meeting point? Ask in the WhatsApp group.
