# What is the Full Flex plan and how does it work?
**Full Flex is the fare option with the highest refund protection at every cancellation window — cash back if you cancel early, credits if you cancel later.**
For the exact percentages at each cancellation window, see “What is the Group Trips cancellation and refund policy?” in the Cancellations & Refunds section of the Help Center — Full Flex is the most protected of the three fare types at every stage.
Note: fare types can't be changed after booking, except within the first 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any services yet.
