# Everything you need to know about changing your Epic Trip
As an Epic Trips traveler, you are allowed to make changes on your experience -- from changing the slot dates with the same host to swapping to another project, depending on WP Epic Trips inventory's availability. All Epic Trips Registration Fees are contemplated, with changes based on the trip start date.

### **1. I want to make a change and my trip starts in over 15 days**
- If you want to **change the slot** **dates and keep your experience with the same host**, no additional fee is required if your request is made in over 15 days prior to the trip start date.
- If you wish to **swap your booking to another Epic Trips experience** and your trip starts in over 15 days, please bear in mind that you'll need to pay the difference between both Program Fees.
- If you wish to **extend the duration of your currently booked** experience, you will need to pay the extra Program Fees accordingly.
### **2. I want to make a change and my trip starts in 14 days or less**
- If you want to **change the slot** **dates and keep your experience with the same host**, a **US$150 changes fee** will be required if your request is made in 14 days or less prior to the trip start date.
- If you wish to **swap your booking to another Epic Trips experience** and your trip starts in 14 days of less, please bear in mind that you'll need to pay both a **US$150 changes fee** and the difference between both Program Fees.
- If you wish to **extend the duration of your currently booked** experience, you will need to pay the extra Program Fee accordingly.
### **3. How can I request changes on my Epic Trips booking?**
- Please get in touch with your designated **Epic Trips Coordinator** by email or by scheduling a call. Your Trip Coordinator contacts are available in your **My Trips** page.
