Refund policies are the same as cancellation policies, except for these few differences:
- If your card is charged multiple times by mistake, a refund will be issued to the card;
- If the traveler has WP Insurance and the Worldpackers team is unable to refund your money for any reason, you may receive a refund of the amount you paid for the annual plan;
- If the traveler purchases the Annual Membership and wishes to cancel their subscription, they can only receive a refund of the US $49 if they have no applications, pre-approvals, and/or confirmed trips. Refunds will be sent in the form of credits on the platform, which may be used in the future. Please note cash refunds are not available.
