A traveler can receive a "no-show" review for some reasons:
- The traveler didn’t show up for a confirmed trip.
- The traveler forgot to cancel in our platform a trip he/she wouldn’t go to;
- The host reported the “no-show” by mistake.
When #1 happens, the traveler, in fact, didn't show up for a confirmed trip and we cannot erase the review.
If #2 happens, even though the traveler may have warned the host, the trip wasn’t canceled in the platform. The host will still receive a notification on the date of departure registered in our system asking if the traveler appeared or not.
If #3 happens, notify us and we'll verify it with the host. After checking it with the host, we will erase the review.
