As an Instant Booking traveler, you are allowed to make changes to your experience -- from changing your experience dates to swapping your reservation to another project, depending on the Instant Booking experiences' availability.
Different Instant Booking changes conditions are offered, based on the trip start date and the chosen booking fee: Basic, Budget-Savvy, or Full Flex.

1. Change rules by booking fee type

Basic Booking Fee Conditions

- If your trip starts in more than 30 days, free changes are available upon request, and the new dates are subject to the host's and WP Instant Booking inventory availability. Before suggesting changes, please check the currently available dates for that experience.
- If your trip starts in 29 days or less, changes are not available and your trip will be considered cancelled according to the WP Instant Booking Cancellation Policy.

Budget-Savvy Booking Fee Conditions
- If your trip starts in more than 15 days, free changes are available upon request, and the new dates are subject to the host's and WP Instant Booking inventory availability. Before suggesting changes, please check the currently available dates for that experience.
- If your trip starts in 14 days or less, changes are not available and your trip will be considered cancelled according to the WP Instant Booking Cancellation Policy.

Full Flex Booking Fee Conditions
- If your trip starts in more than 15 days, free changes are available upon request, and the new dates are subject to the host's and WP Instant Booking inventory availability. Before suggesting changes, please check the currently available dates for that experience.
- If your trip starts in 14 days or less, changes are not available and your trip will be considered cancelled according to the WP Instant Booking Cancellation Policy.
2. General change rules
- If you wish to extend the duration of your currently booked experience, a new Booking Fee will be charged. In case the experience is extended and isn't officially booked through the platform for the extra dates, Worldpackers will not be able to provide you with its services.
- Host availability may vary according to the project's needs and commitments, and they may not be able to accommodate your suggestions. In such cases, you can also swap your booking to another experience available.
