I paid! How long does it take for my plan to be activated?
If you paid by credit card, our plan will usually be activated immediately, but it may take a few hours depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

The first step is to check that you’re logging in with the correct email and that you have an active plan.
If you forgot the password for your verified account, just click “Forgot password" on our homepage.
Then, verify your payment method: if the purchase has already been approved, it may take a few hours depending on your financial institution’s processing times, okay?
Only members of our Trips, Pack, and Pack Plus plans can apply for positions. So if you’ve chosen our Academy plan, you’ll need to choose another plan to send messages to hosts and confirm trips. :)

Payment processing with bank slips may take up to 3 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times (payment via bank slip is only available for Brazilian travelers). As soon as your payment is recognized, your plan will be activated automatically! ⭐
