When creating a position, you will get the chance to set up requirements that travelers must comply with in order to apply to your place. You can choose which language travelers must speak and their proficiency (Beginner, Intermediate or Fluent); age (minimum age to apply is 18 for all positions); whether you only want people from your own country, only foreigners or both; and other requirements such as European or American passport.
Requirements are very useful to filter travelers, as only the ones who comply to all requirements are able to see and apply to your position. For example, if you ask for fluent spanish, only travelers who speak fluent spanish can see and apply to your position. Think carefully about which requirements you need and be careful not to select something that is not 100% necessary.
