I don’t agree with the review I received
As our community was built upon 3 strong values (Collaboration, reputation, and trust), the reviews are seen as a personal recommendation (or non-recommendation) of both hosts and travelers. They are incredibly powerful to support other members of our community, giving reference to their previous experiences, but it is essential to follow our Review Policy to avoid any problems:
- Be polite and keep a clean vocabulary. We don't tolerate aggressive comments or direct offenses to someone.
- Don't make any accusation in your review. You don't want to expose someone if you don't have concrete proofs against them.
If the review you received doesn’t follow those recommendations, we can delete it and ask the traveler to write it again. The reviews are important to make sure that hosts and travelers will be informed by real opinions before confirming the trip. Due to that fact, we won't delete reviews, except the ones that disrespect the Review Policy conditions.
You also have the right to reply to elucidate your point of view of what happened. if you want to write something, you can please click HERE and go to where it says "write a public reply" right below the traveler's review. Your reply will be shown right under the review left by the traveler and anyone who reads it will be able to see both sides of the story.
I want to delete a review
