We strongly advise you to keep all arrangements and conversations prior to the trip confirmation within the Worldpackers platform. That keeps all details regarding the trip in one place and guarantees your safety and the traveler’s. If the trip is arranged outside the Worldpackers platform, we unfortunately can't offer support for your or for the volunteer.
After everything is arranged and the trip has been confirmed inside the platform, you can and should ask the traveler for their phone number, this way you can talk to them quickly and easily whenever you need.
