Once you find the right traveler for your project, it’s essential that you confirm the experience on the platform. This way, both you and the volunteer will have access to our support and have all the trip’s details in one place.
How to pre-approve and confirm a traveler?
To confirm a volunteer on the platform you just need to access your conversation with him, scroll down to the end of the page, click on "pre-approve", write a message to the traveler saying that you would like to host them, double-check the dates and click on "pre-approve" once again.
All set! Now you just need to wait for the traveler to confirm the experience. :)
How do I cancel an experience?
If there is no other way and you need to cancel the experience, access your conversation with the traveler and look for the confirmation card.
You just need to click on "cancel" and the traveler will be notified. Also, don’t forget to write a message explaining why you had to make this decision. :)
Cancellations, from hosts or travelers, are very harmful to our community. If this situation can not be avoided, please let the volunteer know as soon as possible so that they have time to reorganize their plans.
