If a traveler does not arrive on the confirmed date, they’re considered a “no-show”. We’re very sorry if a traveler does not show up, we’re constantly working on making sure we have as few no-shows as possible.
After the date of arrival, we’ll send you an email to ask if the traveler showed up or not. If they didn’t, please select the option in the email to let us know that they did not show up. To improve community quality, travelers who do not show up receive a profile notification given by the platform.
If you need help urgently, you can invite travelers to volunteer with you by clicking here, and you can also activate the "last minute" in your position, so travelers who are looking for a host at this time will be able to see you more easily. To do this, go to your positions page and click the "Activate last-minute" button :)
