If a traveler does not arrive on the confirmed date, he or she is a “no-show”. We’re very sorry if a traveler does not show up, we’re constantly working on making sure we have as few no-shows as possible.
After the date of arrival, we’ll send you an e-mail to ask if the traveler showed up or not. If (s)he didn’t, please select the option in the e-mail to let us know that (s)he did not show up. An automated review will be posted to their profile and other hosts will be able to see it.
We’re aware of your needs and we’re sure you needed that volunteer to help you. In that case, we advise you activate your LAST MINUTE feature on your position.
Once your Last Minute is active, your position will be shown to travelers who are ready to travel at the moment! That is, you’ll receive applications of travelers that can arrive to your place in a very short period of time.
The Last Minute feature is the perfect way to receive travelers if you need help as soon as possible, and in case a traveler doesn’t show up, you can activate it to receive someone very, very soon. Just make sure your calendar is available.
