If a traveler does not arrive in the confirmed date, he or she is a “no-show”. We’re very sorry if a traveler does not show up, we’re constantly working on making sure we have as few no-shows as possible.
After the date of arrival, we’ll send you an email to ask if the traveler showed up or not. If (s)he didn’t, please select the option in the email to let us know that they did not show up. An automated review will be posted to their profile and other hosts will be able to see it.
