Unfortunately, when it comes to any property damage, the only support we can offer is the deactivation of the volunteers profile. In our Terms of Use, we explain that we only provide connections between users and ensure their good coexistence within the platform.
We have amazing travelers from all over the world but, unfortunately, some bad experiences can happen and that's why we are here to help, even if we need to deactivate a traveler profile, for example, to don't follow our policies.
If you filed a police report about what happened, we ask you to please share it with us. According to our Policy for the Quality and Safety of the Experiences, a police report results in the immediate deactivation of the volunteer.
In case you didn’t file a police report, but you have proof (photos, videos, etc.) of what happened, we also ask you to share it with us. Our team will analyze it and take the necessary measures regarding the traveler.
