If the host doesn’t fulfill what had been established on the platform and doesn’t provide good experiences, we will offer our support to the volunteer if the case fits our WP Insurance Policy.
To make sure the travelers have good experiences, we will help them find a new host. It can be in another city or even country, as long as the traveler agrees to stay in another place. That way, we will get in contact with the available hosts to try to find another host as soon as possible.
Therefore, if our support team reaches you out and asks you to urgently host a traveler, don’t worry! Relocation only happens when the responsible for the situation is the former host, not the traveler himself. We will never relocate a volunteer that caused any trouble in another place. We want to guarantee good experiences not only for the volunteers but also for the hosts (:
