I forgot my password
- To reset your password, simply click on “Forgot password?” on the home page.
- You will receive an email with further instructions and a link to create a new password.

I forgot my e-mail
If you don't remember or don't have access to your registered email, please contact us informing some details so that we can locate your profile: name and surname, possible emails, screenshot of your profile (if you can access the app).

I signed in with Apple ID
When logging in with Apple ID, the registered email is automatically hidden, so we cannot see the original email or reply to it.
In this case, your email will show as "example@privaterelay.appleid.com" in your account and you will not be able to log in using your original email address.
In order for us to help, please contact us informing the correct email address and a screenshot of your profile, so we can update the infos and send you a new password reset link.

I signed in with Facebook
Due to a technical error linked to the Facebook app, some accounts that logged in via Facebook had their emails changed to a hidden email, so we cannot see the original email or reply to it.
In order for us to help, please contact us informing your full name (as registered on Facebook), the correct email address and a screenshot of your profile, so we can update the infos and send you a new password reset link.
