I forgot my password.
To reset your password, simply click on “Forgot password?” on the home page. Then, you will receive an email with the next instructions and a link to create a new password.

I forgot my e-mail.
If you don't remember or no longer have access to the registered email, please contact us, providing some details so that we can locate your profile: name and surname, possible emails, screenshot of your profile (if you can access the application).

Logged in with Apple ID.
When logging in with Apple ID, the registered email is automatically hidden, so we cannot access the original email or send support responses. In this case, the email will appear in your account as "example@privaterelay.appleid.com" and it will not be possible to log in using your original email.
In order for us to help, please contact us and provide the correct email and screenshot of your profile, so we can update the data and send a new link to reset the password.

Logged in with Facebook.
Due to a technical error related to the Facebook application, some accounts that logged in with this email had their emails changed to a hidden email, so we cannot access the original email or send support responses.
In order for us to help, please contact us and provide your full name (as registered on Facebook) and a screenshot of your profile, if you have access to the application. This way, we can update the data and send a new link to reset the password.

How to change the email address associated with my account?
To change the email linked to your profile, just access this link and make the change. Remember that you need to be logged in, alright?

I logged into my account, but my profile is missing information.
In this case, it's possible that you have a duplicate profile. Make sure you accessed the profile through the email you used to create your account on Worldpackers. If you have a duplicate profile, just delete the duplicate account through this link.
